Steep 25 grams of sticky chai in 20ml of boiling water for 2 minutes. Add 160 grams of milk. Stretch until milk reaches 55 degrees. Serve through strainer into latte glass or cup.
Add 160 grams of milk and 25 grams of sticky chai to a non-stick pan. While heating, stir through until milk reaches 55 degrees.
